ABOUT ME

If you want to stay safe, confident, and strong during and after menopause — you’re in  the right place! 

With over 30 years of industry experience, I have cultivated a unique approach to fitness and wellbeing that ensures sustainable long-term results for my clients. In 2016, I expanded my business to include group exercise. This community has flourished over the past seven years, providing a supportive space for women to come together.

My personal journey through perimenopause and menopause has ignited a deep passion to support women during this transformative phase of life. I understand the unique challenges and fluctuations that accompany this transition, and it is my commitment to help women not just survive, but thrive during menopause.
