Embracing Menopause with a Purposeful Workout Routine

 

When I say the word “menopause,” what’s your gut reaction?
Is it fear? Confusion? A sense of stress, powerlessness... impending doom?


That feeling right there is why I want to help as many women as possible Thrive during Menopause.
Menopause is usually presented as a terrible life phase we all wish we could avoid.
No wonder so many women are looking for “magic solutions” that will make it all go away.
But what if things were different? What if menopause was seen as a time of growth, strength, health, well-being, and empowerment? It’s possible.

Yes, there are a lot of changes that you can’t control. But there are also things you do have influence over, like your nutrition, your exercise, your lifestyle, and most of all, how you view menopause and what you want this phase of your life to look like. And you can use each of these areas as an opportunity to invest in yourself, cultivate better health and well-being, and actually thrive during and after menopause. This is a massive stage in women’s lives and many suffer significantly and often stop feeling like themselves.

Many of my clients and women I speak to are navigating menopause through diet and exercise, which is what I do, but I want to offer more help and understanding in this area. 
I’m currently studying to become a certified Menopause Coaching Specialist.

Menopause is something that anyone who menstruates will go through at some point in their lives. There are three main stages of menopause: peri-menopause, menopause, and post-menopause.
While menopause as a whole is a major physical change that will have implications for your physical and mental wellness. it can be a time of growth, strength, health, and wellness.
A time to THRIVE. 

Everyone women is different. There is no single game-changing formula that works for everyone. 
That’s not to say these things won’t work for you, but just that there’s not a single “answer” that applies to everybody. And that’s exactly why I want to help you develop a comprehensive, personalised plan that suits YOU. Therefore I will be launching a new program called
